Condo Rental in Tempe, AZ (#33061)

6 of our family traveled to Tempe for my daughter's graduation from ASU. The condo was ideal for us. 10 minutes to ASU, 15 minutes to the airport, and 10 minutes to each of the golf courses I visited. The condo is located near I-10, the 101, 60, and the 202. This made getting around the Phoenix area very convenient. Chuck also allowed us the use of a computer which made making tee times very easy! The condo was clean, had comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and clean linens. If one of the rooms had two double beds or two singles I would have rated it a 5. But one of us was able to use the futon in the living room so sleeping space was not really an issue. Much better than a hotel room, even when I was alone before the rest of the family joined me. I enjoyed not being limited to a motel room. I hope to visit the area again, either with family or with friends, and will definitely check to see if this unit is available. Much better than spending the week in a motel! Had a wonderful 2 week stay. This 3 bedroom, 2 complete bathroom condo was perfect for our stay. We had friends & relatives staying at different times during that 2 weeks. The condo was fully furnished so we were able to do laundry & cook our meals. Even had a gas barbeque! The location was perfect: close to the freeways, 2 miles from downtown Tempe & 20 min. from the Giants stadium in Scottsdale! We were also impressed with how quiet the neighborhood was. We recommend this condo/home to others & would stay again. Thank you Chuck! We stayed in the condo in Feb. 2008, while attending a 2 day conference at the Mission Palms Hotel, in nearby Tempe. The condo was neat and clean and we even got daily towel service, which we had not anticipated with a condo. The location was great, we were only a couple of miles from where our conference was held. There were 3 of us, so the 3 bedroom layout worked great. The owner even had a computer hook up in the living room that we were able to use to stay in touch with folks back home. It is close to the airport and just a couple of miles off the interstate. A definite win win situation for us. My cycling team and I almost arranged to stay at the host hotel for our cycling event. Would have been a big mistake! Was so glad to find this home. We had 5 guys and NINE BIKES! There was plenty of room for all of us and our gear. We could have fit a couple more comfortably. Great central location. Just a few blocks from the 60 and 10 frwys. Comfortable beds, 2 full baths with your choice of tiled BIG shower, or large shower tub. We had some big guys, and the roomy shower with dual shower heads was great after a hard day of riding. We cooked at the house, and BBQ'd on the patio. Chuck made sure we had everything we needed, including fresh towels. It was nice to all stay together and not have to meet in each other's hotel rooms or have to go out to eat. Don't waste money on a hotel room for 1 or 2 people when you call all stay together at Chuck's for the same money. When we do this race next year, we will come back. We visited Phoenix for a few days and found this condo in the heart of Tempe that was close to the freeways (60 & 10) and shopping (Arizona Mills). The beds were very comfortable, the relaxing living room came equipped with cable, and the kitchen met our meal and snack preparation needs. I would highly recommend this location for a family getaway. My wife and daughter felt it was a home away from home, much better than a hotel experience. My friends and I were very pleased to stay at this property for New Years and the Fiesta Bowl. It is a good value that is very clean and was perfect for what we were looking for. I would recommend this property for anyone looking to attend any events at ASU or in Tempe...or just for someone who wants a good place to stay for a good value. We will be back next fall for college football season! Thanks for the hospitatility.
