Enjoy this year's Superbowl, and FBR Open. We are conveniently located 30 minutes from the stadium with easy access to every freeway. 5 minutes from ASU and Mill Avenue night life. 5 minutes to Tempe Marketplace and Riverview Shopping Center. 10 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale and some of the valley's best golf courses. Fully furnished home. 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. 2 queen beds, a comfortable living room with open kitchen. Covered patio, pool in complex. 2 Car garage. High speed Internet wireless access. large 52" HD TV and cox communication. Dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. Washer and Dryer.

Rates: $1000 per day with 3 day minimum. Weekly rate is $6500.

Security/cleaning deposit is $1500 and fully refundable one week after check out if condo is left in the same condition as when you arrived.

50% of rental fee plus $1500 security/cleaning deposit is due to secure rental. Remaining 50% is due by 30 January. Failure to pay the additional 50% by its due date will result in a loss of your 50% deposit but you will receive a refund of your security/cleaning deposit within one week of cancellation.

We accept bank drawn cashier's check. Please contact us if you have any questions and be sure to indicate which dates you are interested in and how many are in your party - along with ages and type of employment of each person in your party.

This is very comfortable. No Smoking indoors. Patio will accommodate cigarette or cigar smokers.
