Description of the Tempe vacation home rental
Newly Redecorated! Tons of upgrades! Simple on the outside, French-inspired elegance on the inside! This ranch-style home was built in the 60's and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Over 1600 SF, the master bedroom features a king-size bed and private bath. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and the third bedroom is our ASU inspired "Sun Devil Dorm Room" featuring a full size futon-style couch/sleeper and single sleeper. The family room includes a full size pull-out sleeper couch as well a work desk. The Living room features a 47" HDTV Flat Screen TV with Surround Sound and iPod Dock and a DVD movie library. The kitchen has upgraded appliances (except the vintage oven that works perfectly) and is fully stocked with dishware and cookware. The Dining area includes a dining table that can be expanded with two extra leaves if needed.
All utilities included as well as high speed wireless internet and DirectTV Satellite TV (phone service not included).
The home includes 2 car garage with openers, laundry, HUGE back yard, fire pit and BBQ. Ceiling fans throughout. 5 Minutes to ASU, close to bus and light rail options, Arizona Mills Mall, Downtown Tempe, Tempe Town Lake and golfing options. Easy access to US 60. Centrally located.
Pets welcome...huge yard is great for larger pets! (additional pet deposit applies).

This property is situated in the ideal location for all sporting activities. Within walking distance of Fry's and Walmart. The house is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The owner is fantastic to deal with.

What's the one sentence that describes your experience?
Being at home away from home. This was important to me as over the years we justify making compromises when we vacation. I decided to find accommodation's that resembled our home, Multiple rooms, bathrooms and living space. I lucked out with this rental. All of the conditions pre -established were met plus. The owner was very quick to respond to inquires and correcting any minor problems. All things considered, we loved the location of this property and were thorougly satisfied and I have already booked for next year, at about the same time but, this time for 1 month instead of 3 weeks. Laura, the owner, was very open to supplying next year, a couple of bicycles to allow us to visit the beauty of our local surroundings in Tempe.

"Perfect for business traveler"
I was in town for a conference at aSU and prefer not to stay in noisy hotels. The rental was perfect for my needs: spacious, quiet, comfortable, and with reliable broadband internet. The location is close to grocery stores and the freeway/airport, so getting around was convenient. I'd recommend the rental both for business travel and for families, since the house is actually fairly large and is laid out in a way that could easily accommodate a group. The kitchen was well stocked for a rental too!

My buddies and I were in Phoenix last week for a baseball tournament. This was my first time renting a house during my annual stay. When looking for a rental home you are looking for a few basic essentials: great price, comfortable living space, and all the amenities and comfort of home. The property on E. Huntington Drive surpassed my expectations! The owner (Laura), was responsive from my initial inquiry, and throughout the process. She was extremely quick to respond to every email or phone call that was made. The home was more than enough space for 4 men with tons of luggage and baseball equipment. The decor was great on the inside, and the house is centrally located to all of the major cities cities in the Phoenix area. If you are staying in the Phoenix/Tempe area I would highly recommend using this home for your vacation or business trip.
