Waterfront villa built in 2001 on 1 407 acres. Home size : 1 031 sq ft. This house offers a big room with sea views, utility room, fully equipped kitchen with view on the tropical garden, ceramic tiles, cypress ceilings a/c, ceiling fans in every room. The master bed room opens on the proch and has a king size bed a cupboard and its own bath room. The second bed room includes 2 single beds, its own bath room and cupboard. The big room and the master bed room open on the the 320 sq ft thoroughly screened porch.The porch includes an outside dining room and from the proch getting down stairs, it's easy to get into the water to go swimming or snorkeling or fishing.
This house is comfortable and easy to take care of.

Ten Bay is a quiet and exclusive area, a romantic getaway from noisy cities. It is right in the middle of the island which is very convenient to visit it. The nearest village, Palmetto Point is only at a 10 min. drive from the house and there you find groceries stores, the island farm which grows fresh vegetables. It takes a 20 min.drive north to go to Governor's Harbour where every amenities can be found : banks, post office, library with internet access restaurants...
Down south a a 30 min. drive is Rock Sound with its market place.
