Description of the The Villages vacation home rental
Nicely-furnished, fully-equipped home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Split floor plan for privacy. Sleeps 6 with 3 queen beds. Florida room and lanai. 4 person golf cart with rain enclosure and lights for night driving included at no extra charge.
The open floor plan has a spacious living room and dining room with new carpet and volume ceilings. The fully-equipped kitchen also has a breakfast bar. The living room has a comfortable couch and loveseat, as well as a new flat screen HDTV and DVD player. Sliding doors lead to a Florida room and a screened lanai with comfortable seating and gas grill.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV, DVD player, walk-in closet and an enhanced master bath. The guest wing has a pocket door for privacy leading to a full bath and 2 bedrooms (both with queen-sized beds). All bedrooms have large closets and ceiling fans.
Amenities include: indoor laundry with washer and dryer, generous supply of linens, bath towels and pool towels; ceiling fans throughout; HDTVs with cable, 2 DVD players, high-speed wireless internet, fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances, built-in microwave, toaster oven, pots and pans, ironing board, iron, selection of books and videos and 2 bicycles.

DisneyWorld & SeaWorld about 1 hr away, Busch Gardens Tampa about 1-1/2 hours and Beaches at the Atlantic Ocean & Gulf of Mexico around 1-1/2 hours.
