Minimum rental period: one week.

There is a one-time guest fee of $50 payable to The Villages, which entitles you to all the privileges of a homeowner.

The Villages features over 20 free executive 9-hole golf courses. There are also 8 championship courses including the Nancy Lopez Legacy Course and the Arnold Palmer Course. These seven championship golf courses do require a fee.
