Pimlico offers golfers three different Executive Courses, Churchill Greens, Pimlico and Belmont. The home is located less then one mile from the Southern Trace shopping plaza. This new plaza offers a Publix, CVC Drugs, Dunkin Donuts, Italian Restaurant, Irish Pub, DQ Grill, ACE Hardware, Chinese Restaurant, Crispers, and numerous shops, banking, and other services.
The master bedroom offers a queen bed, large dresser, armoire and large walk in closet. The master bath has two sinks, a large walk in shower with built in seat and a separated toilet area. The guest bedroom also has a queen size bed and the third bedroom is furnished with a full size sleeper couch and remote controlled TV.
The spacious well-equipped eat-in-kitchen has an open floor plan into the dining and living room. The living room offers a full size couch, love seat and a recliner along with a 32-inch remote controlled TV and DVD player. The dining room has a large table with six chairs.
This home also offers the use of brand new his and hers Fuji bicycles. The Villages has golf car access throughout the community. A golf cart is not provided due to restrictions on insurance. There are at least three local golf cart establishments that offer very reasonable weekly and monthly rentals. Prices and phone numbers offered upon request.
The optional Village Amenity I.D. transfer fee of $50 dollars allows two adults to play golf for FREE at 18 Executive Courses and reduced rates at 8 Championship Golf Courses.

When we originally contracted for the 3 bedroom 2 bath designer home , we thought all was well. We were contacted a couple of months before our rental was to start the first of March and told that the owners had pulled the home out of the rental program. We were then told a 2 bedroom villa home was available for us. We felt, we had no other choice as March was fast approaching and our money had been sent. The home we were assigned is very clean and comfortable but it is not the home we had asked for. You may imagine our thoughts about this transaction. Sincerely, Dr. & Mrs. J. Rizzo

Very nice, enjoyed the attached pool area. Would have liked a full outdoor cooking area instead of grill. Also, having the golf cart was important.
