Great weather and no crowds makes April the best month in The Villages to play golf, swim or do whatever of the many activities here you enjoy.

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with a den which backs up to the Richard L. Murray Wildlife Preserve. Split floor plan offers privacy for all. Interior of house painted in November '08. Landscaping has been redone also in Nov.'08

Eat in the dining room or at the breakfast bar or if you like try the patio on the preserve.

Lots of closet space, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave.

Clean and very comfortable. Smoke free home.

PET FRIENDLY - weight limit - 20 lbs (larger dogs on approval)

GOLF CART IS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR RENT AT $200 PER MONTH. We also have daily and weekly rates for the golf cart.

Conveniently located near Spanish Springs with easy access to Sumter Landing in The Village of Rio Ponderosa.
