3 BEDROOM 2 BATH HOME ON A NATURE PRESERVE. GOLFING, SWIMMING, AND A WHOLE LOT MORE AWAIT YOUR VISIT TO THE VILLAGES. WE ARE A GOLF CART COMMUNITY AND IT IS OUR NUMBER ONE MODE OF TRANSPORTATION TO SHOPPING, GOLFING, DINING, ALL ACTIVITIES ARE ACCESSIBLE BY GOLF CART.

Area Description
This home is located in the largest golf community of central Florida with over 30 executive courses and 9 championship courses to enjoy. We even use our own golf carts to get around. It is located about an hours ride from Orlando. Disney and other theme parks are a short car ride away. Tampa is about two hours south and there are lots of treasures to see there as well. The beaches on both coasts are approximatly one and a half hours away in either direction (east or west). The cruise ports in Tampa and Cape Canaveral offer easy access to ships if that\'s in your vacation plans.
