Plan now for winter, 2014 to ensure you have a great place to spend next winter. Note that we have a 2 MONTH minimum. Get a great deal for booking Feb. Mar, & Apr together!

Now is the time to book for great summer prices which include tax, a golf cart, internet WiFi, satellite TV, and we don't charge a cleaning fee if you leave our home as clean as you find it!

Our home which we call our "Beach House" is located in The Village of Silver Lake- a prime location! It is surrounded by golf courses and there are 3 swimming pools just blocks away! Get in the golf cart and drive to Old Spanish Springs or a new shopping area with fabulous restaurants along with several grocery stores, WalMart Supercenter, Bealls, ice cream shops, and much more. You will arrive at these destinations in your golf cart in about 5 to 10 minutes!!

Area Information

The Villages is considered the top vacation area for retired or nearly-retired fun loving people! Once here, you won't want to leave! Activities include golfing (with 26 FREE executive courses and 13 championship courses), dozens of beautiful pools, tennis courts, bocci, pickle ball courts, biking & inline skating trails, woodworking facilities, pottery and ceramic labs, and of course clubs for every hobby.

Our Stay at The Villages

We did enjoy our stay at the Villages. There are plenty of things to do and just as many places to visit. Our home was very comfy, everything was there to either bake or cook. Just like being at home. Our travels always include our cat 'Ed' and he did enjoy the front porch. The property where we did stay was on Utica Way located in the Swainwood Villas.

Enjoyed our visit at the Villages and will be returning Late October through Nov 2011. We intend to rent a villa for our Vacation this time. We were at the Villages but did not rent in Febuary.
