We had rented a very nice 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home in the Village of Polo Ridge. The house was located very close to the stores and convenient to two of the pools. We had a great time and enjoyed our meals, most of which we ate at the local restaurants. We found a good variety of food and priced very reasonable. We also had the use of a golf cart which we used to go to the pool and to some of the restaurants. We enjoyed the produce market at the Brownstone square. All in all, it was a great trip and we are so glad that we found this property on your rental site.

Enjoyed spacious 3 bed. 2 bath home in bony brook. Ideal location for shopping, ft. Sumpter hope Lutheran church and Spanish springs. Friendly neighbors and people whaling dogs and exercises. Would recommend this property to all!

The rental home was nearly perfect. Every need was attended to and the house was well furnished for everyday living. It was immaculate, well positioned and the rental agent was superb in handling details, questions, needs. Very professional. This cottage remained us of cottages in northern Michigan. You walk uphill in the kitchen and downhill in the living room but this only adds to its charm. It has everything you need - nothing fancy but very cute. The porch is what makes it perfect, large wrap around overlooking beautiful Lake Weir. It is so peaceful, well maybe not on weekends as it is next door to Gator Joes Bar and Grill - but we found that entertaining. The owners were so nice and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our month there.

The house is beautiful, rooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean, utensils are sufficient, however, coffee maker was not compatible with coffee pack that was provided. Otherwise, the place was perfect.
