Designer Lantana exquisitely decorated with vaulted ceilings and extended living room, master bedroom and dinette. This home boasts almost 2200 square feet of air conditioned living, full laundry room and an oversized 2 car garage. The home is fully furnished and equipped for a perfect vacation.
Your rental is a brand new exceptional 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in the lovely Village of Amelia. Your stay will be even more pleasurable as the home includes Wireless High Speed Internet, Cable TV, Local and Long Distance calling in the USA. Oh yes, and did we mention all of the furnishings are brand new. You will love the new Cindy Crawford designer Key West collection featured in the living room, dining room and master bedroom. The kitchen is open to the Dining room, Living room, and Dinette and accommodates the counter high chairs. Sliding doors in the Dinette and Living Room provide plenty of fresh air from the 12 by 29 foot screened Lanai. The 12 by 9 foot side grilling patio is furnished with a new grill featuring infra-red and side burner. The Living Room has Cable TV with a 47" LCD/HD TV and DVD player and books for your reading enjoyment. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a luxury King size Bed, beautiful Mirrored Dresser and Gentlemen's Chest, and 32" LCD TV/DVD with Cable TV. The Master Bathroom has a large tiled doubled headed shower with built in seat, 2 sinks, make up vanity, a separate toilet (WC)and walk-in closet. The two other bedrooms are beautifully decorated and offer queen size accommodations. Bedroom two also offers a loveseat for your little getaway. Bring your golf clubs, tennis rackets and casual living attire. And don't forget your bathing suits and workout attire for the numerous pools and recreation centers! Amelia is located near the new town square of Lake Sumter Landing, between Mallory Country Club and the new Havana Country Club.

Minimum rental period: one month.

There is a one-time guest fee of $50 per person, which entitles you to all the privileges of a homeowner.

The Villages offers free nightly entertainment in the town squares and activities that include dancing lessons, yoga, Pilates, pickle ball, and much more. There are over 20 free executive 9-hole golf courses. The 7 championship courses include the new Nancy Lopez Legacy Course and the Arnold Palmer Course. The championship golf courses do require a fee.
Golf cart access is throughout The Villages. As *Liability* insurance is not transferable, a golf cart is not included. Two seat, four seat, electric, gas....YOU choose what YOU prefer from a rental golf cart company of your choice. Rental golf cart company information provided with a contract.

The Villages is located in Central Florida, only 55 miles from Orlando, about 90 miles from Tampa, 57 miles from Disney World, 59 miles from Sea World, and 77 miles from Daytona Beach.
