This beautifully maintained home located minutes from shopping, grocery stores, golf courses and 75+ restaurants, all easily accessible in your provided golf Cart.

As you enter the home you can look out the sliding glass doors to the covered Lania and built in Heated Waterfall POOL. The Pie-Shaped lot and fenced rear area provides total privacy to relax by the pool (rare for this community).

Our home is recently painted and redecorated with ceiling fans throughout, New 42" Flat screen,2 full bedrooms, den/Office with Sleeper sofa & Sleeper chair, Fully stocked Kitchen, New Linens & Bedding provided, just pack your bags and come on down.

Rent includes all utilities, High Speed Internet, Expanded Cable TV, local phone service and Golf cart.

Area Information

The community has 35 Executive golf Courses (Free play available), 9 18 Hole Championship Courses, 100's of Clubs to join, Tennis & PickleBall Courts, ShuffleBoard, Horse Shoes, Bowling and Softball.

The 2 Town Squares have Free music and Dancing everynight, 2-8 Screen movie theatres, Restaurants and shopping.

Activities for all ages.

DisneyWorld & SeaWorld about 1 hr away, Busch Gardens Tampa about 1 1/2 hours and Beaches at the Atlantic Ocean & Gulf of Mexico around 1 1/2 hours.

We rented this home for 3 months in 2013. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is provided. The owner was always prompt in answering any questions. The pool was nice and enjoyed by our grandchildren.

This home has everything!

This beautiful home has everything to make your vacation stay fabulous. It was beautifully decorated and we had all the amenities we wanted and then some we never thought of. Owner and contact person were both very courteous and helpful. The location was great and very private. We really enjoyed the beautiful pool and the golf cart ride to the Town Square for free entertainment. We plan to go back as often as we can.
