One of the Best Locations in The Villages! This bright and sunny 2/2 Luxury Designer Home features an open floor plan, with vaulted ceilings, a spacious living room and large dining room with an eat-in kitchen. Each room is tastefully decorated with all new furnishings, linens and appliances. Also, a full size clothes washer and dryer are included. The double car garage includes a gas GOLF CART at no additional cost.

The home is conveniently located just minutes from Spanish Springs Town Square, the Rio Grande family pool, Chula Vista adult pool and Recreation Centre and a choice of shopping centres. Play golf on one of the "free" executive 9 hole golf courses or for the more experienced golfer try one of our many Championship courses.

Choose from dozens of fine restaurants in the Squares or close by at one of the country clubs. The resident-only Katie Belle’s is known for its huge dance floor and live entertainment beginning at noon everyday. Outside, in the Square, you'll find line dancing, flea markets, car shows, and many other special events.
