Description of the The Villages vacation home rental

Beautiful 3 Bedroom,2 Bath,designer home a 5 minute golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing Town Square and 10 minutes from Spanish Springs Town Square. It is located around the corner from Mallory Hills Country Club on a cul de sac away from noisy auto and golf cart traffic. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom is used as an office and has a desk and treadmill. Living room and Master Bedroom have 55 and 40 inch LCD high definition TVs with DVD Players. The home is fully equiped and furnished. All you need to bring is your clothes,toothbrush and golf clubs!

Everything in The Villages is golf cart accessible. When you arrive you can park your car until you leave. The amenities are too numerous to mention.

My Villages ID will be transfered to you for the duration of your stay.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.

NO Smoking and NO Pets Allowed!!!!!!!!!!

Area Information

The Villages has been called Disney for Adults. Florida's Friendliest Home Town is centrally located: 55 miles from Orlando,57 miles from Disney World,59 miles from Sea World, 24 miles from Silver Springs, 77 miles from Daytona Beach, 93 miles from Tampa/Clearwater and 96 from the Kennedy Space Station.

In addition to the 30 executive 9-hole golf courses and 11 championship courses that are on The Village property, there are many beautiful golf courses surrounding The Villages. The championship courses require a fee but the executive courses at The Villages are free if walking. A modest trail fee of $3.50 applies if using a golf cart.

Everything you need for a wonderful vacation is located at The Villages and it is all golf cart accessible.

Great home in great location!

This home was perfect for our vacation. The owner was very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. He took the time to show us around and also played golf with me. The home was spotless and very comfortable. The location was also perfect and having the golf cart was also perfect. I would surly rent this home again if it were available!
