Conveniently located between Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Town Squares, our home is near all of the newest recreation centers, and close to the Colony Plaza shopping area. Championship golf courses such as the Cane Garden, Havana, Mallory Hill, and the newest Bonifay Country Club are only minutes from the house. Also, if you look closely, you'll discover that Duval is surrounded by executive golf, specifically the Sandhill, Turtle Mound, Truman, Roosevelt, Bogart and Bacall courses.

Our home is the largest ranch model "Amarillo" and is upgraded with a Florida Room. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac near several recreation centers including the new Sea Breeze Regional and Colony Cottage Regional Recreation Centers just a few minutes away. The Colony Plaza shopping center is only minutes away by golf cart.

Included in the rental agreement are two (2) temporary resident IDs ($50 value). All homeowner amenities will be transferred to the renter including NO green fees on any of The Villages 28 executive courses. All ten (10) championship golf courses can be played at a reduced resident fee.

No smoking and no pets allowed!!!

Monthly rate includes 9% Florida sales tax, all utilities, trash, and lawn services. Rates are based on a check-in date of the first of the month (4 PM) and a check-out date of the last day of the month (10 AM).

Long term (12 months), $1700/month, plus electric, phone, cable TV. Please call or e-mail for additional details. This home is rented as a furnished home only.

**Monthly rental amounts are based on double occupancy (2 adults). For couples wishing to share the house an additional 10% will be added to the rent for each additional person.

Credit card payments will be billed via Paypal. A 2.9% transaction fee will be added to all credit card payments.

Rental Policy:
25% of total rent (non-refundable) amount due within 7 days of booking.
$500 security deposit & remaining rental amount due 45 days before occupancy.
$100 cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit at the end of your stay. Waived if 2 or more months rented.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
