Great three bedroom, two bath home in The Village of Caroline. This Village is adjacent to Lake Sumter Landing with quick golf cart access to shops, restaurants and entertainment.

This property is turn-key and amenities include wireless internet access, cable tv with On Demand and DVR, 4 flat screen TVs, gas grill, gas appliances, full size washer and dryer and use of either 2 seat or 4 seat golf cart. Second golf cart can be added to rent. Location offers privacy, with pasture and grazing cows behind home.

Master bedroom has king bed and private bath with walk in shower. Two bedrooms have queen beds and share full bath with tub/shower. Oversized sofa easily accomodates 7th person.

Screened lanai allows for comfortable outdoor dining.
