Description of the The Villages vacation home rental

A pleasant and bright 2 bedroom, 2 bath designer home in the village of Hadley. Close to Sumter Landing Town Square; 15 minutes to either Spanish Springs Town Square or the new Brownwood Town Square. Located on a quiet street near the Odell Recreation Center, and walking distance to the Residents' Pool. Both bedrooms have queen size beds (office could hold a single bed, not provided). Television and DVD in Master Bedroom; DVD and flat screen TV in the Living Room. Cable television and WiFi Internet. This nicely furnished, clean and comfortable home makes an excellent home-away-from home!

Monthly rent includes utilities and basic phone (no long distance).
Rental rate is based on two adults; additional $100 per person per week.

The Villages is a retirement community for adults over 55 years, with many activities for residents and renters.

NO smoking, no pets and no children.

Area Information

If you like to golf, there are many executive and championship golf courses in The Villages and close proximity. Also, The Villages is centrally located to many Florida popular attractions. We are 55 miles from Orlando and Disney World, and approximately one hour from Sea World and one and a half hours from Kennedy Space Center.
