Like new, "top of the line" Cabot Cove Villa. The home has the most floor space and finest master suite of all Village Villas with a separated toilet area and walk-in closet. There are two bedrooms and two baths. The house is very nicely furnished and well equipped, including Surround Sound for TV, DVD, & CDs. Enjoy a screened in Lanai with patio furniture. Home is in a quiet circle located close to the Nancy Lopez championship golf course. Lopez also has two executive courses where golf is free with homeowner priviledges. There are several other championship and executive courses just a golf cart ride away, as is the Mulberry Shopping Center.
Pay a $50 guest fee and enjoy homeowner privileges.

Area Description
Within The Villages you will find about 20 9-hole courses where golf is free with your $50 guest pass, and 10 Championship courses at reduced rates. There is free music and dancing every night at our two town squares, both about 5 miles away, and recreation centers close by with swimming, billiards, tennis, and you name it! We are in Central Florida, about 90 minutes to either coast, such as Datona Beach, 60 minutes to Disney World, 25 minutes to Silver Springs, plus more.
