Description of the The Villages vacation villa rental

This villa is very nicely furnished and decorated with everything you will need. It has a king and two queen beds. The two TV sets are high definition. The lania overlooks a pond and fountain in the back yard. The lights shinning up through the fountain makes it very beautiful at night. It has a two car garage with romote openers and is in a gated community with remote gate openers. A picture is worth a thousand words, so check out the pictures on this site. Lakeside Landings has lots of fun things to do. It has a 500 acre lake for picnicing, boating, fishing, a beautiful pool area w/waterfalls & hot tub, tennis courts, pool room, poker room, table tennis room, fitness room, library where wireless internet is available, a putting green, and a golf course right in back of us.

We go all the time to one of the two squares in the Villages, where they have free entertainment nightly with lots of music and dancing of all kinds. You can dance or just sit and watch the fun.

This unit is new and I have only rented it twice so I don't have a lot of reviews, however, please read the review that I do have.

You can enjoy live entertainment, bowling, movies, pony polo(spring & fall), shopping, eating at the many local restaurants, and partying galore.

If you are a golfer, we have numerous courses both inside and outside the Villages where you can hit the little white ball all you want. The public courses often run coupon specials in the newspaper each week.

We are close to Daytona Beach, Orlando-Disney World & Sea World, Ocala-Silver Springs, Tampa-Busch Gardens, Cypress Gardens and many other nearby attractions.

$1,000 advance on 1st month's rent upon booking. Balance of rent thirty days prior to occupancy and $500 security deposit prior to moving in. Weekly rent and security deposit due upon booking. Security deposit to be refunded upon satisfactory inventory and inspecion. $65 cleaning fee to be taken out of security deposit.

BEST VACATION EVER, August 14, 2009

That is what my mother-in-law said after she visited us for a few days. I am in total agreement. What a great time we had! I enjoyed shooting pool with my father-in-law. My wife especially liked the waterfalls, at the pool, beating down on her back. It was like having your own private masseuse. We really enjoyed the quaint shops in the Villages, and the free nightly entertainment of music and dancing at the two town squares. Because LakesideLandings is a gated community, we felt very secure with our six year old daughter. There is so much to do, we plan to return twice next year. We are telling our relatives and friends about this great place to vacation.

Beautiful villa with all the comforts of home. Every room was decorated and fully furnished. We had everything we needed for our 2 month stay. The grounds were well taken care of, as were the pools. The Gibson's were great to work with and we received our security deposit back in timely manner, one week. GREAT EXPERIENCE
