In CREEKSIDE LANDING, a very short walking distance to Lake Sumter Landing Town Center and to the activities and shops there. In a gated community. New Villa. Charming exterior. Has a 1 1/2 car garage. Renter has access to Villages amenities (ID cards included in the rental). There is a community pool in Creekside Landing. A GOLF CART IS ALSO INCLUDED. This is a "turn key" rental.

Creekside Landing is a quiet gated community which is unique among villas in The Villages. The community is in Bridgeport, which is adjacent to the Arnold Palmer Golf course and just a few hundred yards (easy walking distance)to LAKE SUMTER LANDING TOWN CENTER.

Loved The House And Proximity To All That We Enjoy. Would Have Liked To Have A Gas Grill But We Managed Anyway. If We Rented Longer That Would Be A Pre-requsite.

We stayed during the month of April 2012. It was great. The house is 2 years old, beautifully decorated, clean, centrally located and a walking distance to Sumter Landing (restaurants, shops, etc.). We tremendously enjoyed our time there and in the Villages. Next year, we plan to stay for 2 months. The owners, Dick and Marlyn, were also fantastic; we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Yvette & Guy
