Excellent location, neat/clean villa

Met the owners -- very nice, congenial, and very responsive. Home was very clean, came equipped with every utensil and every accommodation one could want. Even had tissues, bathroom paper, cleaning liquids, garbage bags, and charcoal for the grill. Quite roomy place for two, furniture not new but very comfortable and ample. Bedding and bathroom linens excellent. HD Cable TV, telephone, and electric golf cart provided - nice big TV, golf cart an older model. Gas stove burners needed cleaning but stove, fridge, and clothes washer and dryer worked great. Dishwasher worked fine but had a very long (almost 2 hr) wash/dry cycle. Computer provided, but very old and slow, no wi-fi. Internet connection via cable was excellent and, with our own router and laptop, we had very good reception and speed with wi-fi. Location is super convenient to everything - highway, shopping centers, pool, golf and downtown. Neighborhood very quiet, even though close to all the activity. Owners pre-arranged all access cards and IDs and were very quick to return the deposit. All-in-all, an excellent experience and we would do it again in a heartbeat.

The villa is clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. It is conveniently located to shopping. A golf cart was provided for easy access to all amenities in The Villages. The owners are super nice people who went out of their way to accommodate us. Highly recommended in The Villages, FL.
