ONLY FULL MONTH RENTALS FOR EITHER JAN 2010, JAN and FEB 2010 or JAN/FEB/MAR 2010 ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.
MAY - DEC 2010 also are open.

Our fully furnished home for rent is located in the Village of Duval just off Buena Vista Blvd. and close to the neighborhood pool. Enjoy beautiful and relaxing beach decor, a dual reclining sofa and chaise lounge, stand up electric grill on the Lanai and cable tv with high speed internet! There is a gorgeous dining room, service for 8 and everything you would need to cook and entertain. Or, jump on the snazzy red golf cart and head out to dinner instead.

Area Description

Just over an hour north of Orlando and Disney World, The Villages is located in Central Florida near Lady Lake. Here you can stroll along the quaint streets... do some shopping, grab a bite to eat, see a movie at one of the two great theaters, or even go bowling. When the sun goes down, you'll enjoy free entertainment every night of the week on each of the town squares... simply relax and enjoy the music or dance the night away.

There are over 400 holes of golf within The Villages and swimming pools and recreation centers in every neighborhood. Seasonal rates vary due to the weather temperatures in Florida, but don’t let the weather be a factor in your visit. All amenities, recreation and over 500 other activities are the same all year round.

And you don't have to be retired to enjoy The Villages. Come for a romantic getaway or rent for a week in the off season and take the kids to Disney, just over an hour away!

This villa had everything we needed to enjoy our stay at The Villages. It was clean and comfortable. We especially liked the reclining couch in the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. We loved the decor and would definitely rent here again.
