Description of the The Villages vacation villa rental

The villa is well located within a few miles of Spanish Springs Town Square and Lake Sumter Landing Market Square.The villa is a two bedroom, two bath stucco courtyard villa located at 1129 Alfredo Ave. in Villa de la Ramona in Santo Domingo Village. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the guest bedroom. The garage is a one and a half car garage and has a washer and dryer located there. A gas grill is on the patio. The villa is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. There is a TV in the living room and another in the master bedroom. There is wifi for your laptop. The villa has a small pool, lanai, and birdcage. There are thirty executive golf courses and eleven championship golf courses in the Villages. Executive courses are free with a Village ID, however championship courses require a fee. There are two bowling alleys, three movie theaters, three town squares with live nightly entertainment, many restaurants and shopping plazas. A two seat, night driveable golf cart is available for rent at $180.00 per month. This is a no pets/no smoking property. Please check calendar for availability. Minimum rental is two weeks in summer months.

Other Fees: There is no cleaning fee, but the villa must be left in the same clean condition as when rented, or a fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Two Village IDs are included for rentals of one month or longer. For rentals of less than a month, there is a $50.00 fee payable to the Villages for the two Village IDs. Guest passes can be provided at no charge.

Our stay at The Villages

We found the villa very clean. It had all the things we were looking for: pool, golf cart, gas grill, all the cooking utensils, bedding, and bath accessories a person would need for a short stay. Email communication with the owner was timely, courteous, and friendly.

Over Fifty Nifty Trip

My husband and I rented a villa fromMary and Larry Carpenter on Garcia Cout n the villages. The unit was immeculate! It consisted of two bedrooms, one queen bed and the other a double bed. There were two bathroom, one full with tub and shower and the ther with only a shower. The kitchen was bright and contained all the dishes, pots, pans, etc. The dining room consisted of a large table that could seat 6-8 if needed/ The unit was very bright and cheerfully decorated. We loved the pool although there was so much to do in the villages that we didn't get much time to enjoy it. However it was clean and inviting. There was also a nice enclosed lanai and outdoor barbecue area all in a beautifully landdscaped fenced yard. We did use the golf cart that was provided as part of the villa rental. It was in good condition and was very easy to operate. We are already planning another trip to the villages and this property is on the to of our list to rent again.
