Our beautiful pond-view villa is just recently available for rent. Enjoy watching nature from a recliner in the living room or from the screened in lanai. This professionally decorated home has a fully equipped, bright open kitchen with a formal dining area. The living room entertainment center includes Bose Sound System for DVD, CD, video, and television. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed and walk in closet. The guest suite has a queen-sized bed and the second full bathroom, and is readily made private by a pocket door. The third bedroom is furnished as an office with a trundle day bed and desk. There is an inside laundry. The property is tastefully landscaped. Please feel free to use our two bikes and two golf pull carts in the garage. The villa is walking distance to pools, golf and a recreation center. It is minutes away from shopping, dining, the library, services and Sumter Landing Town Square.

Area Description

The Villages of Florida" is a 55+ gated, golf course, resort community, only 1 hour from Orlando, Disney, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Seaworld, Universal Studios and Kennedy Space Center. It is 1/2 hour from Ocala.

The Villages is a golf cart community, so you can ride a bike or drive a golf cart anywhere within the Villages on beautifully landscaped recreation trails.

The Villages has 2 Town Squares surrounded by many restaurants and boutique shops. There is free nightly entertainment and dancing at each Town Square with 2 for 1 drinks during Happy Hour.
