Deposits: $500 deposit $100 cleaning fee $50 per couple amenity fee , pools, recreation facilities and activities (as indicated by recreation schedule) Half of the rental fee is due within 7 days of the reservation and must be returned with signed lease. A security deposit of $500 and the remaining rental fee is due 30 days before arrival at the villa. Security fee will be returned within 15 days if the property is returned in satisfactory condition
Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, PayPal, Personal Check
Other Fees: No other fees, but due to the owner's wife severe allergies, no pets of any kind are allowed. So sorry for any inconvenience and we know there will be folks that we will not be able to accomodate.

Everything you could possibly need or want to do is a golf cart ride away. Paradise Found is located near the corner of Bailey Trail and St. Charles, only 6 minutes from Lake Sumter Landing and all the entertainment. Seabreeze, the newest community center is less than one mile away - you can't even imagine how lovely it is and all it has to offer.

January Sunshine at Paradise Found

This was our first (will not be the last) visit to The Villages. The owners, Jim & Dee Bostic could not have been more helpful and arranged all the necessary for us. Arriving on New Year's Day at Orlando International Airport, we were met by the Village Taxi and taken to the villa. Our rented 4 seater golf buggy was already parked on the drive. We found the villa to be very clean, well furnished and excellantly equiped including, cooking utensals, crockery and cutlery. The villa is well located to get to Lake Sumpter Landing, golf courses, shopping and eating out. Our regrets are, that, we could only stay 1 month and wished we had known of The Villages years ago. WE WIILL BE BACK!!!

Owner's reply:

So happy our new friends enjoyed their stay. We have furnished the villa to please ourselves and our guests. We are able to get spend time there several times a year, and want to be comfortable, too. You can literally stop by the grocery on your way in from the airport, pick up some coffee and breakfast food, and be set! (don't buy coffee filters, though - everyone has and there are about 1,000 in the cabinet!). We like the location since it's not far from Lake Sumter, very close to the Seabreeze Rec. Center, and the new golf courses. Come see what Ron and the others are talking about.

Paradise Found, Indeed!

We have stayed at this beautiful villa in 2010 and 2011. The villa is in wonderful condition. It is tastefully furnished and has a kitchen with everything you need! The villa is conveniently located. There are many pools, golf courses, pickleball courts, rec centers, shopping, and restaurants close by. We rent a golf car and can reach any of the above on it! Rec trails are also conveniently located - we bike and appreciate the trails!

Wonderful villa. Everything was included. We would stay here again, except after the first week we knew the Villages was the place for us, so we bought our own villa. It only took a week to buy, close, and furnish our new villa so we only stayed 2 weeks here rather than the full month. If you want a great place to stay I would not hesitate to highly recommend this site. It is conveniently located to all of the aminities.
