One of the best located homes in the Villages. This two bedroom /two bathroom villa is designer decorated with a one car garage and a space for a golf cart. Additionally, it has an enclosed lanai with a railed enclosed patio which features beautiful patio furniture. All interior walls are tastefully decorated and features the owner's oil paintings. The home has an eat-in kitchen, dining room and living room. The living room has a large television with a stereo and dvd /vcr player. The bedrooms each have their own televisions as well as does the lanai and the kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The additional bedroom has twin beds. There is a cable television, internet access and local telephone accessibility. Bicycles are also available as well as tennis rackets. The home is fully furnished and is well appointed with dishes,pots, pans,glasses,utensils,iron,ironing board,vacuum cleaner,sheets,pillow cases towels,etc. There are no pets and no smoking allowed. The Villages is an adult community for seniors over 55+ years. No children under 12 years of age are allowed.

Area Information

The home is located within walking distance to an adult pool as well as to a family pool. The Pimlico Rec Center features a family pool and billiard tables and is a few minute drive and features many activities too many to mention. Pickle ball is a very popular sport in The Villages and is played on the pickle ball courts adjacent to the tennis courts. There are many Golf courses close by namely The Plamer Golf Course which is a 27 hole championship course and feature a player's restaurant, open to the public as well. You can access many of the grocery store as well as general shopping via your golf cart. The home is located about 5- 6 minutes to Lake Sumter Landing Town Square where there is live entertainment 365 nights a year. A 20 minute beautiful golf cart drive will take you to Spanish Springs Town Square. and close by are 80 plus restaurants accessible by golf carts as well.
