Area Information

Location: This Village of Belvedere Villa is located on a quiet street, very close to shopping, Rt. 466, sports fields, and the library.

In the Villages, there are two town squares, Spanish Springs Town Square and Lake Sumter Landing Market Square. The villa is located in the middle of both. Both places are unique for meeting new friends and having a great time. Don’t forget the Happy Hour every afternoon! You can stroll along the streets and do some shopping, plenty of restaurants to choose from or see a movie. If golfing is your pleasure, there are more than 20 executive courses and more than 7 championship courses (9 and 18 holes).

Every night there is free entertainment in the gazebo with music and dancing, or just sit back, relax and enjoy the night. They call this “The Adult Disneyland”. And after a late night movie you can head over to various clubs for live entertainment and dancing. We are a 55+ adult community. There is a full service medical hospital and specialty doctors. Churches for all faiths. Anything you want or want to do can be found in The Villages.
