This is a beautiful Non Smoker/Non Pets Courtyard Villa. The Villages is a Unique Adult Community, which is a Adult Disney World,
Located Between Both Town Squares, Free entertainment. Nightly dancing to our D.J. and live Bands, takes place under the stars. Or just relax and enjoy the music. Minutes from Swimming Pools, Golf courses, Tennis courts, Pool tables, Boccie ball, Pickle ball courts, Recreation centers, Horseshoes, Shuffleboard, Movie Theaters. and much more. There are 38 Golf courses in the Villages for your pleasure.
Join a Exercise class, or take Line dancing lessons. Everything is free when you stay at the Villages. Play Tennis, Shuffleboard, etc. Visit a State Club, of your hometown. You might meet a old friend.
Everything you can think of, is what the villages offers.
The Location of my Villa is Minutes to everything. We have some of the best restaurants when you don't feel like cooking, as you are on vacation. Our supermarkets are also in the Villages,for your shopping pleasure when you do want to cook. All you need to bring is your toothbrush. Everything else is waiting for your pleasure at my Villa.
My Courtyard Villa is Professionally decorated, Located in the Village of Del La Vista South. This is a 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Enclosed Lanai, Dining Room, Kitchen, 1 1/2 car Garage.
The Master bedroom offers a King Size bed with a pillow top mattress. There is glass sliding doors from the Master bedroom that lead out to a private courtyard. There is a large master bathroom. Second bedroom offers a Queen Size bed. The bedroom plan is split, with the guest bathroom off a foyer.
Local phone, DVD player, Basic Cable TV, Washer and Dryer are included. A welcome basket will be awaiting for you as well as the basic soaps, Also all linens and towels. This home is completely equipped with everything you would need for a wonderful vacation.
Relax and enjoy your morning coffee in the enclosed lanai This Villa has everything but your toothbrush.
Relax in your private courtyard and enjoy the Weber Gas Grill, have a BBQ.

This was our 3rd stay here within the last year and a half, and as always, we had a marvelous time. The hospitality that Judy & Ray show us is unbeatable, and they are like family to us. They even invited us to their house for a wonderful Thanksgiving meal, shared with their family and friends, and it was delightful. The house is spotless and gorgeous, and we always feel right at home there. I'd recommend this to anyone. If we could rent it out year round, we would!!!

We have done short term rentals all over the world, (NYC, London, Rome, Mexico) and this is the first time the actual rental was better than the pictures. Besides being spotlessly clean and comfortable we found the location the most convenient to 2 of the 3 the town squares in The Villages and many of the regional Rec. Centers. Judith, the owner, is welcoming, knowledgeable,and committed to making the stays of all of her guests comfortable. She taught us pickle ball and lent us a paddle to help us continue learning the sport, she offered to take us on a tour, or accompany us on The Village tour, promptly fixed a balky refrigerator, but was, while totally available to answer our questions, absolutely never intrusive. Cleanliness, Convenience, Central. Stay here.

We stayed seven days and it was like being at home. Judy and Ray were absolutely wonderful and they made us feel like we were family. My 10 year old grandson, Dakota had a ball. Ray and Judy helped us keep him entertained with Golf, Pickleball, antique car show dancing on the square, going out to dinner and especially letting him drive the cart some. He wanted us to move down there so he could visit us in the summer. Would recommend the villa to anyone, wonderful vacation. We loved Ray and Judy.

Very comfortable villa located about midway between each of the two town squares of Spanish Springs and Sumpter Landing. Close to shopping, pools, billiards, shuffleboard, bocce courts, country club dinning and golf courses.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. With two kids it worked perfect. We had enough room to stretch out, a kitchen to cook and have snacks and a comfortable place to relax. We were impressed with the amount of space in the closets, and all the necessities in the kitchen! Thanks for renting it to us!
