Description of the The Villages vacation villa rental

This beautiful courtyard villa is the Stoneybrook model with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The third bedroom is furnished as a den with a queen size sleeper sofa and a TV. It has a screened lanai, a full raised deck occupying the back yard, and a side courtyard with a gas grille. There is an outdoor patio set with unbrella and four chairs as well as seating for 4 in club chairs The lanai has 2 anirondack chairs and a table. A golf cart is included. The garage holds the golf cart and 1 car. The bed in the master bedroom is a king size and the bed in the guest bedroom is a queen size.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, an island with barstools, a flat screen TV, and service for 6. Both bathrooms are equipped with towels and linens.
Also included is cable TV, wireless internet, and Majic Jack phone service if desired.

This beautiful courtyard villa is located in the prestigious Village of Mallory Square. It is in the heart of The Villages lifestyle, convenient to Mallory Hill Country Club, Lake Sumter Landing Square, heated pools, recreation centers, and 450+ holes of Golf. It overlooks the 5th hole (par 5) of the Caroline championship golf course. The Villages is an active Senior community for residents 55yrs+ with golf cart access to everything. There are 9 country clubs with championship golf and 29 executive golf courses. As a Villages renter you will be considered a member of all the clubs and will have access to all the executive courses.

Deposits: $500 reservation deposit due upon booking. The first months rent is due 60 days prior to your arrival. After departure if everything is satisfactory the security deposit will be mailed to you within 10 days less a $85 cleaning fee. ( if additional time is required anything over the standard 4 hours will be charged at $25 per hour.) Reservation deposit is non refundable unless we are able to re rent for the same time period and dollar amount.
Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Personal Check
Other Fees: Landlord will provide a guest id at no cost. If renter desires a temporary Village ID the $50 fee will be paid to The Villages by the renter. The villa is set up for rental for a couple. If there will be more than 2 people renting the villa, an additional charge will be added to the price of the rent. Occasional guests for short duration stays (friends or family) will not be charged.

"Pickleball "courts very close. Pickleball is played on a half court tennis court...It is loads of fun!!!! All equipment is furnished.
There are numerous resturants and lots of shopping. plus nightly entertainment and dancing, 7 nights a week at both town squares. This is a FUN place!!
