Newly built 2011. Our Villa has been professionally decorated by Southern Lifestyles (former model home). quiet, safe living year round. Complete backyard enclosed privacy.
Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, smooth top electric stove, dishes, pots & pans, all utensils, toaster and coffeemaker as well as linens & towels, full size washer/dryer, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum sweeper, hamper, etc. Filtered drinking water.
Master Bedroom is king bed,soft down pillows, walk-in closet, private bath/shower/double vanity, dresser, ceiling fan, alarm/radio.
Private guest bedroom, queen bed with cozy memory topper, large closet & ceiling fan with private bath and deep tub shower.
Living room has flat screen 40 " TV, Blu-Ray DvD player, several Dvds, DISH HD channels, surround sound, high speed internet and writing desk.
Private backyard with "screened in" Lanai with overhead fan. Bistro set for morning coffee and an outside fully automatic propane BBQ w/all the equipment and 2 chaise loungers.
Our villa is sparkling clean! "New car smell." Upgraded air filtration system. Filtered drinking water.
No pets, please. No Smoking. Keeping it healthy clean place!!!

Area Information
"The Villages" offers Shuttle service ($30.00) from Orlando airport to The Villages. For a $5.00 surcharge, the shuttle will take you directly to our Villa. Contact owner for details.
A Short golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Village, live entertainment and dancing every evening from 5pm to 9pm. "Two for one" drinks start at 5:00pm. Restaurants and coffee shops for every taste. The Villa is surrounded by 8 golf courses just minutes from the Executive Starter Shacks or 3 Country clubs. A 1/2 mile to the picturesque Tamarind neighborhood swimming pool, bocce ball, horseshoes, shuffleboard and picnic area surrounded by old oak trees draped in Spanish moss.
Villages Temporary Resident ID (up to 2 adults) is your $50 pass to enjoy all “resident privileges,” which include playing golf at any of the 30 Villages Executive 9 hole courses for free. (Golf cart path fee of $4.00 when driving a golf cart, pulling your bag there is no fee.) plus any of the ten (11) 18-hole Country Club courses for a modest fee.

New Yamaha gas golf cart included with full tank. Get in and go. No need to be charging dead batteries.

Great vacation!!!

The house was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and very welcoming. The location was very close to a number of pools and the downtown! The owners were kind and provided information when we arrived but then left us alone to do our thing. We will definately try to come back!

A great escape as this villa offers a quiet and comfy stay complete with golf cart. It is a wonderful location and close to many golf courses and other forms of recreation. Also close to shopping and other amenities. So much to do and so little time! Anyone staying here will appreciate the solitude, safeness and friendliness of the people.
