Description of the The Villages vacation villa rental

Beautiful patio villa in the village of St Charles, which INCLUDES GOLF CART!!!!. At this great central location you will be just a two minute golf cart ride to Sea Breeze Rec center where you can play tennis,pickle ball, beach volleyball, line dancing, yoga and much more. It even has a gym with all the latest equipment. Pools, golf courses & Cane Garden Country Club are all just minutes away. Sumter Landing Town Square is a little over 10 minutes away where you will enjoy free entertainment and Happy Hour every day of the year!

FREE golf at the executive golf courses and all the other great amenities The Villages has to offer is included in the rental .

Kitchen is well layed out and completely stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc. There is a eat-in area that can seat 4 people.
There is also a full size dining room table that can seat 6.

All the furniture and accessories in this darling villa are top of the line. You will really enjoy living in this space.

The master bedroom has a new King size bed, full dresser with mirror, flat screen TV, (2) bed end tables with ample storage and a large walk in closet.

The Master bath has a full size shower, good storage, & nicely decorated.

The guest room has a queen bed, full dresser with mirror,& 2 bed side tables. Large window and rear privacy make this a bright & private retreat.

The guest bath has a tub & shower, single sink and is located right next to the guest room.

The living room has a full sofa, love seat and comfy upholstered chair with footstool . A large flat screen TV & DVD player will make you feel right at home.

There is a grill, pool noodles, and an extra outdoor lounge chair for your added enjoyment.

Linens, bedding, towels, etc are all included. All you will need to bring is your suitcase!! Please contact owners by email or phone. Thank you for your interest in this home.

Area Information

The Villages is a 55 and older Retirement Community with FREE Executive Golf , tennis and pickleball courts, Rec.Centers with 100's of activities and nightly entertainment and dancing at the two Town Squares. Miles and miles of recreational trials for biking, jogging, skating and cruising around in your golf carts. Dog parks, walking trails and beautiful landscaped vistas make this a beautiful place to live and visit. Children are welcome visitors here, and there are lots of activities for them as well, especially during the summer and Easter season. There is NOTHING else like The Villages, and once you visit here, you will probably not want to leave!

Other Fees: Discounted rates available for long term lease (6 monthes or more). All utilities, cable, internet, guest cards, golf cart and lodging taxes are INCLUDED with the monthly rental rate. A $100.00 Cleaning fee will be taken out of security deposit Please Note the ANNUAL lease is "turn-key" but does not include utilities, cable, internet, phone, or golf cart. These are the renters responsibility. We would consider allowing a pet with a 3 month + lease. Additional pet deposit would apply

Other Vacation Rental Amenities

There are over 1000 activities available at the regional recreation centers, all free with your paid rental. Linedancing, water aerobics, yoga, golf, tennis, pickleball, softball, crafts, arts, card games, billiards and on and on. We can mail a copy of the Recreation Newsletter which comes out weekly and lists all the activities. Children are welcome guests here with access to pools, rec. centers, playgrounds, and much more. You will NOT be bored!!

The two town squares have free music and dancing 7 nights a week. Happy hour specials are in abundance at the square and the many restaurants adjacent to it. Lots of unique shopping, movie theaters, and bowling centers round out all the fun things you will discover at our town squares!

We enjoyed our stay at The Villages, and this villa. The house was clean, and we were constantly surprised by how well everything was thought out. Each time we needed something it was there for us! We also appreciated the fact that Donna was here to greet us upon our arrival and give us some welcome tips on the Villages.
