Rent our lovely, well-appointed fully furnished patio villa in the Village of Piedmont. Annual rental is also available furnished or unfurnished.
Large entertainment center w/ TV, DVD/VCR, and CD player, surround sound, couch and 2 recliners in Living room
Dining room has round glass top table and 4 chairs
Eat-in kitchen with full-size washer and dryer with shelves and cabinents which is behind doors and out of sight.
Master bedroom has 1 queen bed, large dresser, 2 nightstands, tv, chest of drawers, with large walk-in closet and private bathroom
Second bedroom has 2 twin beds, computer armoire with printer, shredder and some office supplies
Second bathroom is next to the guest bedroom is a full bathroom with tub/shower
Screened lanai with table and 4 chairs.

One and a half car garage with work bench
SMALL DOGS CONSIDERED, $150.00 non-refundable pet fee
