Area Information

The villa is locatd in The Villages which features 27 executive golf courses which are free (There is a golf cart fee if one is used), 9 Country Clubs with 18 hole golf courses that are open to residents, 72 heated swimming pools, two squares with live music and dancing every night and many classes for exercises and dancing plus lots of clubs to attend. There are many recreation centers available. The Churchill Rec center and family pool is within walking distance as well as pickleball, tennis, bocce, shuffleboard, and horseshoes. The adult pool and mailboxes are a 10 min. walk. Shopping, banking, restaurants, churches and the squares are located very near.
