We do NOT rent for large parties or large groups (weddings, reunions, etc.) We do not rent for the explicit use of minors – such as spring break, graduation week, frat parties, etc. We cater to families and sportsmen. The house sleeps only 10 - no exceptions and no campers or tents are permitted for extra sleeping accomodations.

I receive many phone messages I cannot understand. Please speak slowly especially when saying your phone number. I ALWAYS return calls and emails, even if the house is unavailable. If you don’t hear from me, it is because your email address or phone message was not usable. E-mailed inquiries will be seen first – I don't retrieve phone messages until I get home from work.

We post the depth of the water at the end of our dock and our photos show the view from the balcony. When shopping for lakefront rentals, ALWAYS ASK about water depth, view and terrain because photos are quite often deceiving. At full pool (usually Spring), we have about 14 feet of water depth at the end of our dock, but the Army Corps of Engineers are known to raise and lower the lake levels to accommodate conditions throughout the year. Always check with the Army Corps of Engineers for lake conditions if this is a concern. "Full Pool" is considered to be about 330' above sea level.

Discounts are rounded up or down to a whole number, at owner’s discretion.
Longer-stay discounts are applied to the entire visit.
Rates include preparation prior to your stay (e.g., cleaning, lawn care). There is no additional charge for cleaning after your stay unless there is excess dirt, trash, etc.
An additional amount - a refundable security deposit - is assessed according to length of stay and size of party.
