Wood floors in the living / dining area, carpet in the bedrooms, tile in kitchen, bathrooms and screen patio. Electric and basic/standard cable included. Phone and internet are extra. No smoking anywhere near the unit. Make your reservations today!

Rental rate:

Winter months Oct 2009-Apr 2010 $1,500 per month, $425 per week and 11% resort tax.


Summer months May 2010-Sep 2010 $1,200 per month, $350 per week and 11% resort tax.

Half your rental rate required to hold your reservation (non-refundable). The deposit will be refunded subject to reasonable cost of repairs or replacements, no later than 2 weeks after the end of your stay. Complete balance of rental plus $300 deposit expected 1 month prior to rental date, otherwise your reservation is cancelled.
