Calling all beach lovers and golfers - 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, furnished first floor condo on golf course about 40 feet from the community pool.
Wood floors in the living / dining area, carpet in the bedrooms, tile in kitchen, bathrooms and screen patio. Electric and basic/standard cable included. Phone and internet are extra. No smoking anywhere near the unit. Make your reservations today!
Rental rate:
Winter months Oct 2010-Apr 2011 $1,500 per month and 11% resort tax.
Summer months May 2010-Sep 2010 $1,200 per month and 11% resort tax.
Half your rental rate required to hold your reservation (non-refundable). The deposit will be refunded subject to reasonable cost of repairs or replacements, no later than 2 weeks after the end of your stay. Complete balance of rental plus $300 deposit expected 1 month prior to rental date, otherwise your reservation is cancelled. Cancellations made 30 days before arrival date will forfeit all funds, no exceptions. Please email me for complete terms & conditions.

Spent a wonderful month at this condo which met all our expectations. Location close to beaches, Space Centre and Orlando. The view of the golf course was a plus and the pool was a bonus.

Enjoyed very much our stay at the Fairways. The unit was very clean and well-equiped and convenient to everything--close to the pool and laundry room. The owners were super nice and very helpful.
