Description of the Titusville vacation condo rental

Nicely furnished, 2 bedroom, 2 bath (walk-in shower), located on the 1st floor; just steps to the pool. Unit is completely furnished with a fully-equipped kitchen, has cable equipped television in living room and master bedroom and is equipped with all linens and towels. Washer/dryer facilities are located on the grounds. The condo is located in the well maintained Royal Oaks Condominium and sits adjacent to Royal Oaks Golf Course.

Shopping, restaurants, and golfing close by; golf course views from the unit and grounds are well kept up by the Association.

Restrictions/Additional Information

*Rental is for a minimum of 30 days. After December the minimun rental is 90 day's; the rate for 90 day;s is $4,000.00.
*No Smoking
*No Pets
*$ 1,500.00 per month
*$ 70.00 per month is allotted for electricity. Any overages the tenant is responsible for.

The condo is located in a quiet development (96 units) which has spacious, well maintained grounds. The unit is in close proximity to restaurants/shopping, Kennedy Space Center, beaches, and only 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

Great vacation

March 10, 2013

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Feb/2013. We had everything we needed at our fingertips and the location was very convenient. The condo was very clean. The only disappointment was that the golf course is no longer operaterional.
