Lovely Park Model Home located in the Great Outdoors Premier Golf and RV Resort. Situated on the 14th fairway with lake view. Home has 1000 square feet and has two queen bedrooms and a queen futon. It includes full kitchen with utensils, central air & heat, cable TV, full size washer & dryer, microwave, linens and towels, electric grill, more... Relax on the front screen porch or the rear patio as the golfers and wildlife easy by. 45 minutes to Disney area and 20 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. Beach is only 25 minutes away! Come stay in a beautiful tastefully decorated home instead of a motel room.

Area Description

The Great Outdoor is a beautiful Resort with amenities including golf, fishing, two heated pools w/jacuzzis (one screened), work out facilities, pool hall, bingo, restaurant, biking, birding, bank, full time security, organized events, movies, banquet facilities, space shuttle launches. Located only 45 minutes from down town Orlando and minutes from Kennedy Space Center. This part of Florida is still laid back and quiet. The home includes all linens and kitchen utensils, just bring your food and relax.

Golf cart rental is only $100 per month and a bicycle is included in the rental. Fishing for large mouth bass and other species can be accessed on the many maintained and stocked lakes in the park. Weekly bingo and movies are included. This is a gated secure resort, in the summer months you are practically alone as many snow birds winter here, summer is my favorite as the golf is cheap and the resort uncrowded.

From a Space Shuttle Launch to Disney in the same day! This property sits on the 14th fairway of the Great Outdoors Golf Course and is centrally located for Orlando attractions and the beach or Merritt Island Nationl Wildlife Refuge. Inshore fishing for redfish or trout, freshwater fishing for trophy black bass or off-shore fishing is all minutes away.
