Very quiet well established neighborhood located in the beautiful Royal Oak Country Club.
Spacious 3 bedroom - 3 bath home fully furnished and equipped for a fun-filled stay. Well equipped kitchen with all utensils, TV, VCR, Stereo, Washer & Dryer, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, grill, coffee machine & much more.
Living room, dining room, breakfast nook and large screened porch.
Private backyard, large frontyard, plenty of parking space.
This home includes linens and towels ready to move in and feel at home. Libraray with English and German books, board games and Videos.

Rental Rate:
$500 week - $1500 month
$250 non-refundable security deposit to hold reservation and will be refunded subject to reasonable cost of repairs or replacement no later than two weeks after the end of your stay.
Half of payment required one month prior to rental date otherwise reservation will be canceled. Full payment upon check-in.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit all funds.
