Description of the Tobyhanna vacation chalet rental
The second floor has a seating area with a second TV and an electric keyboard. The second floor also contains two bedrooms and a full bathroom. All bedrooms have TV.
It is a year-round home.
No smoking is allowed and no pets are allowed.
3 night minimum mid-week. 2 night minimum weekend. Holiday weekends are $500 and include 3 nights.
Reserve the right to refuse service.
The house is in the Pocono Mountains, located in Tobyhanna, twenty minutes north of Camelback ski area and 10 minutes from Mt Airy Casino. It is in a secured gated community with two lakes, several heated pools, tennis and basketball courts, two clubhouses with entertainment; Bingo, dancing, exercise room, breakfast, movies. There is a beach, marina; paddleboats, rowboats and canoes, also stocked lake for fishing.
Area Information
Camelback is nearby for skiing, tubing and snowboarding. You will find all of those famous ski slopes in all four directions.They have an exciting water park in the summer.
Tobyhanna State Park is close by and offers fishing, boating, and picnicking. New outlet stores nearby for great shopping (The Crossings). Great restaurants, horseback riding, and snowmobile.

Amazing First Rental Experience

A truly flawless experience. From my inquiry about availability all the way through to the end, Per and May were awesome. They responded promptly and their input was always dead on. They made my first rental experience a great one. They were very client oriented and did everything they could to make the stay an enjoyable one; they never disappointed. I had left a valuable piece of jewelry at the house and Per and May went there to retrieve it personally; rather than have a third party retrieve it for me. The house itself was nice and cozy with that homey feel to it, and most of what was needed was already there. The area was very rustic and quiet, perfect to get away from the city. Will likely return in the Winter months. Overall I have no complaints. Very pleasant to do business with. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME. - Danny

Thanks for taking our rental on last minute. We had a spendid time. Your home is very cozy and welcoming. I signed the waiver and left it along with the key on the kitchen counter top. We vacummed and tidy the house.

We had a great time. We went skiing at Camelback Saturday and Sunday. We left Sunday evening around 3pm and left the key on the counter.
We cleaned and vacuumed the entire house top to bottom and even cleaned the refrigerator out. We turned all the thermostats all the way down and turned the breaker for the hot water heater off.
We brought our own linens and towels and remade the beds as they were before we came. Your cleaning person will be hard pressed to find anything to do when they come. We always leave the places we rent spotless and most times even cleaner than when we arrived!
Anyway we had a great time and we wanted to say thanks again. Pls keep me updated as to when I should expect my security deposit back. Also, what is your repeat renter rate for the weekend? This is my maybe my 10th time renting a house but only my 3rd house and I think I like yours the best so far. Anyway, thanks again for the nice house and directions to WalMart and all your help.
