You'll love the views all year long from the large deck overlooking the lake in this private, gated community. Cast a line from the private dock, take a leisurely paddle up the lake, or just sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery.

There's plenty to see and do both in the community and the surrounding area depending upon the season. Enjoy skiing, snowboarding and snowtubing in the winter. The house is close to Camelback and Jack Frost Big Boulder Resorts. Relax in the hot tub after a long day in the cold weather.

In the summer there are several beaches around the lake or, if you prefer, the swimming pools are open all summer. Of course there's also Camelbeach water park just a short drive away. Horseback riding and outlet shopping is available all year 'round. Close to the new Pocono casino and to Pocono Raceway. Lots to do and see no matter the season.

The fall and spring brings the splendor of the foliage. Don't forget your camera and hiking boots to fully enjoy nature at its finest.

The first floor contains:
Full-size kitchen with breakfast bar and separate dining area.
Large open living room with a woodburning stove, TV, DVD, VCR, DVD's, ceiling fan and access to the large back deck.
Deck with gas grill and patio furniture with steps leading down to the lake and dock.

Master bedroom with king-size bed and private deck overlooking the lake.

Loft with queen-size sleeper sofa, bean bag chair, tv/vcr combo and PS2 with games for the kids.

Walk-out basement contains:
Air hockey table, Sevylor fishing boat with trolling motor, small inflatable paddle row boat, and Sevylor kayak.

Check-in 3:00 pm and Check out 11:00 am.
