Description of the Tobyhanna vacation home rental

The house was built summer of 2007, it is very spacious,has modern furniture,a spacious deck with BBQ grill in the back,4 bedrooms (3 upstairs and 1 downstairs), 2 bathrooms, a cozy livingroom with fireplace and a comfty couch, a dinning room and kitchen. Downstairs, the entertainment room has a 50 inch plasma tv, a pool table, bar, dj mixxers, surround system and a very confty couch.
Our jacuzzi will be ready in June-July, we can't wait!!!
The house is situated in a gated community with access to pools, lakes, softball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, bocci courts, playgrounds and club houses.
The house is 15 min away from the Pocono Mountains that are home to a community of golf and ski resorts as well as other activities such as rafting, horseback riding and antiquing, to name just a few. Camelback ski resort, Camelbeach water park and Great Wolf indoor water park are minutes away!!!
Fishing lovers are even luckier: this lovely lake is home to some of the finest species of fish!
Shopping outlets and minutes away so if you're in no mood for any of the above , you can spend your day shopping at The Crossings Premium Outlets.
The community pool is situated right in the back of the house so summer time guests love that.

The house is situated in a gated community 10 minutes away from Camelback Ski Resort, from Camelbeach water park, Great Wolf indoor water park and Mount Airy Casino now OPEN!!!

All Holiday Weekends such as Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, President's Day (all 3 day weekends)are $1100 for 8 people. Please inquire for any other holidays. Please note that rates are different then for regular 2 day weekends.

The house does not have air conditioner as it is not needed, summer nights and days are very confortable up there.

• Deposits: There is a $400.00 refundable deposit (after your stay is over and if everything is left in good condition).
   
• Other Fees: There is a $85.00 cleaning fee. There is a $55.00 cleaning fee per dog/cat (maximum 3 dogs/cats).

We rented this house and it was a great choice, the owner was very nice and quick to respond. Very nice, the weather was great and we likes it. We will go there in Septemeber again, we already booked...we had fun, entertainment room is fantastic, full bar, great pool table, the surround system is great, felt like in a disco, the huuge 50 inch plasma tv, ...it was just great. I WOULD RECOMED IT TO EVERYONE!!
