Description of the Tobyhanna vacation home rental

The house was built summer of 2007, it is very spacious,has modern furniture,a spacious deck with BBQ grill in the back,4 bedrooms (3 upstairs and 1 downstairs), 2 bathrooms, a cozy livingroom with fireplace and a comfty couch, a dinning room and kitchen. Downstairs, the entertainment room has a 46 inch plasma tv, a pool table,air hockey table, bar, dj mixxers, surround system and a very confty couch.
Our OUTDOOR HOT TUB is waiting for you to relax in.
The backyard is fenced so your children and pets can play safe.
The house is situated in a gated community with access to pools, lakes, softball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, bocci courts, playgrounds and club houses.
The house is 15 min away from the Pocono Mountains that are home to a community of golf and ski resorts as well as other activities such as rafting, horseback riding and antiquing, to name just a few. Camelback ski resort, Camelbeach water park and Great Wolf indoor water park are minutes away!!!
Fishing lovers are even luckier: this lovely lake is home to some of the finest species of fish!
Shopping outlets and minutes away so if you're in no mood for any of the above , you can spend your day shopping at The Crossings Premium Outlets.
The community pool is situated right in the back of the house so summer time guests love that.

Smoking allowed outside on deck, sorry, no smoking inside the house.

Daniela and radu Thank you for having a nice and comfortable home. The place was immaculate,Charlie (Dog) being away for the first time was amazed at the different noises that he heard. I took my family to Poconos for 3 days, and everyone had a blast! The house is exactly as described. It's very cozy, it has a game room to kill for (even a DJ system, if only I knew how to work it:). It has a large jakuzzi, 4 flat TVs thruthout, a pool table, one big plasma TV and music system, comfortable beds, fantastic kitchen with all kinds of kitchenware including some, we had no idea what to do with:). It also has very fast wireless internet and VOIP. I mean: wow! Don't get me wrong: this house is not Ritz, but it's very functional, very comfortable, with very well-thought layout, and more than a few extra amenities thrown in for good measure to spoil you . Both owners are very quick to respond to any questions. I know I'll be back soon! Two notes: make sure you do listen, when you're told to ignore your GPS when you're closing in. GPS acts funny in that part of Poconos. Also, getting a celphone signal inside the house is a problem (T-Mobile). VOIP, however, works great.

The house was great and offered so much. Everything was very clean and the hot tub was a big plus. The landlords were so helpful and were quick to respond to all inquiries and questions. The house was very large and more than comfortably accommodated our party of 8. Also, the deer in the picture aren't just for show, they really do grace the property!

My friends and I rented this place for a weekend, and were really happy with the place and all the perks. The basement is a minature club/pool hall with all the enterntainment accessories (air hockey table, sound system, flat screen tv) And ski lifts aren't very far away. The place was clean and well-equipped. Highly recommend this place if you and a group of people want a fun get-away.

We got an amazing deal for 3 nights during the week. The house is beautiful, cozy, and fully equipped. Almost every room has a flat screen tv, and there is plenty of space. Everything is very clean and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this house to everyone. We had a good feeling about it, but it was even better than we could have ever imagined.

My friends and I really enjoyed the place. The pictures barely tell the tale of how nice this place was for us. We were able to play pool hang out in the jacuzzi and just relax. Right by walmart so that was the only time we ever left. Book it now if you can...I know I'll be booking it again very soon...

We rented this house and it was a great choice, the owner was very nice and quick to respond. Very nice, the weather was great and we likes it. We will go there in Septemeber again, we already booked...we had fun, entertainment room is fantastic, full bar, great pool table, the surround system is great, felt like in a disco, the huuge 50 inch plasma tv, ...it was just great. I WOULD RECOMED IT TO EVERYONE!!
