Convenient to I-20 and only thirty-five minutes from AUGUSTA, GA.

This three bedroom home with all queen size beds and two bathrooms has two kitchens with dishwashers, one inside and one outside, with ice/water in door, a large open air carport with TV, a sound system and a wood burning potbelly stove called the "BOSS", a large patio complete with fireplace, chairs, tables, umbrella, lounge recliners and a claw foot tub with hot and cold running water (cozier than a jacuzzi), upstairs deck with a view, central heat and air, laundry room with full size washer/dryer, 7 DVD/VCR TV's with cable located upstairs/downstairs and outside, 2 gas grills, two hammocks, outdoor sound system in carport and patio, and for added value a golf cart to transport your gear to our private dock.

We are located between Bass Alley and Cherokee Creek with a view of
Little River Bridge. Only two minutes from golf course on Double Branches road. Fishing and fun for the whole family awaits at Best View on Thurmond. Convenient to quaint Lincoln ton, where food and supplies are plentiful.
Eat out, shop, fish or play a round of golf
Need a small flat bottom boat with trolling motor....Rent ours, ask for details
We even provide a set of golf clubs,(not very good...but they play)
