Description of the Todi vacation home rental
Very beautiful and comfortable holiday house in the wooded residential and quiet area at the foot of the town of Todi. The house, part of characteristic Umbrian stone house, is surrounded by a large garden and enjoys an astonishing view over large spaces and green hills.
The house 65 sm, is warm and cozy, well equipped and very bright. It's located at the ground floor, with the entrance over the garden.
The environment is equipped to provide maximum comfort for guests. There is a large and functional kitchenette, a TV, a sofa and wireless Internet connection.
The double bedroom is comfortable, well furnished, with wardrobe. The bathroom, paved with rustic tile, is large and bright.
The property is equipped to accommodate disabled guests, and is provided with heating and a romantic fireplace.
In the garden you will also find a wood oven and a gazebo covered with pergola, where you can enjoy your pleasant dinners.
It is ideal for two people, can be up to 4 people sleeping (double sofa bed).
Private parking lot.
In a few minutes you will rich the beautiful city SWIMMING POOL, surrounded by trees, where you'll enjoy the astonishing city view while swimming!
It is easily and strategically connected to other cities of historical and artistic value of Umbria, like Orvieto, Spoleto, Foligno, Assisi and Perugia, as well as to Latium and Tuscany (1 hour!).
We will welcome you with drinks and fresh fruits!
We also provide information, guide and equipment for excursions, including game fishing in Umbria and Latium lakes and river!
Prices include: sheets and towels, final cleaning at your departure, all usage expenses (i.e.: electricity, water..)
