Vacation Rental Description

Modern, 2 story upside-down house, located in Tom Nevers on the south side of the island. Far enough from town to enjoy a quiet ambiance yet a short drive to any activity your heart could desire.
First floor is comprised of master bedroom with queen size bed and outside deck and 2 other bedrooms with twins. Full bath and laundry. All bedding and towels provided.
Second floor is a bright open living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen and bath with large outside deck on two sides. Also an outside shower.

Area Description

We are in a rural area near the beach. There is also a public park with a children's playground. Walking distance to a beach. Lots of room to walk and bike.
Great fishing on this beach! 3 miles to public golf course.
