Just across the bay from Island Beach State Park, with boat access. House is less than 1/2 mile from the open bay. There is a marina at the inland end of my lagoon. This home has 100' on water and a private dock with electricity. There is an over-sized two car garage with half bath, work/hobby area, interior storage, and fully enclosed outdoor shower. Large concrete patio at the back of the house, and the property is fully fenced for privacy. This fabulous vacation/year-round home is fully carpeted in new white/sand Berber. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are fully stocked, including linens. There is an extra room in the house with no closet and can easily house two more beds. It's approx. 12x18' in size. I use it as a media room. All rooms are newly furnished and lovely. Two window AC units cool the whole house (ranch) efficiently.
