Steps to the subway, shopping, banks, convience stores, restaurants. The beach area is only a pleasant 30 minute walk or a 10 minute bus ride. Close to out door and indoor swimming pools and a library. A skateboard park and entrance to one of Torontos great park systems which allows you to bicycle, walk or roller blade for miles is a 3 minute bus ride or a short walk. Close to Lakeshore, Gardiner Expressway and Don Valley Parkway. Very close to Torontos famous Greek Town.

It generally takes quite a lot to impress me when it comes to accommodation and providers. I travel quite a lot and have seen hotels and apartments of various types but very, very few that compare to Sandy's aptly titled 'Urban Oasis'. I stayed here for a few days and was impressed by the location and ease of access - especially for one who was driving around Toronto for the first time. The site was so clean, tidy, fully provisioned, comfortable and so roomy and importantly for me offered problem-free full-speed internet access. The location is great because there's an excellently stocked grocery store across the street and the subway is within 75m of the front door. This is a really peaceful 'Oasis' on a lively street - the down-side for me was that I couldn't stay longer.
I travel quite a bit around the world and try to stay at vacation rentals when I can. I very highly recommend this rental - it is private, but on a bustling street. The condo is very clean, modern furnishings and appliances andd best of all - COMFORTABLE BEDS!!! The price is right and the subway to EVERYWHERE is across the street as is Bus Stop to "the Beaches" which you can hike to if you like exercise...full grocery store across street makes meals easy. The owner, Sandy, is truly friendly & accomodating and fun to talk to...Again, it gets a AAA start from me!
I booked this stunning apartment for myself and my four sisters the first week of July. It surpassed all expectations, spotlessly clean, very well equipped and roomy enough for the five of us. The location is terrific--there's grocery store across the street, it's steps to the subway, close to excellent restaurants, yet it's very quiet inside. I definitely plan on staying there again, no doubt in my mind. It beats a hotel hands down! Thanks Sandy!
On my recent visit to Toronto, I stayed at this fully equipped apartment and found it comfortable, convenient and quiet. I felt very much at home and would highly recommend this apartment for someone seeking a pleasant home-away-from-home.
My family and I stayed in this apartment for a few days at the end of May and thought it was one of the most beautiful apartments we have ever visited. It is bright, homely, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation to visitors.
