Master Bedroom
• 1 King size bed
• Double patio door leads to walkout balcony on 3rd floor
• Blinds to block out daylight
• Alarm clock

Main Bathroom
• Full bathroom (toilet/sink/whirlpool bathtub/shower)

Second Bedroom
• 1 Double bunk bed (bottom level sleeps 2, top level sleeps 1)
• Double patio door leads to same walkout balcony on 3rd floor as above
• Private full bathroom (toilet/sink/bathtub/shower)
• Blinds to block out daylight
• Alarm clock

Living Area
• 2 couches (1 is a pullout sofa bed, sleeps 2; other couch folds flat and sleeps 1)
• CD Stereo/Cassette (incl. 250+ selection of cassette music tapes)
• TV (no cable) and varied DVD library for all ages
• No Internet (although your laptop is able to connect to unsecured web; however we do not guarantee service in this regard).
• Vacationers should bring a cell phone for long distance calls.

• As this is our ‘home away from home’ we wish to rent only to people who will respect it as they would their own home


Rates
• Low Season Rate - $1000 per wk (based on 2 adults, with or without kids)
• High Season Rates - $1200-1500 per wk
• Additional $50 charge, per additional adult
• Vacationers pay fee for Paypal (approx $30)
• $50 per Key FOB deposit(s) required – fully refundable upon return of FOBs

SURROUNDING AREA
• Located at Harbour Square at Toronto Ferry dock and boardwalk site

• 5 min walk to Air Canada Centre (Toronto Leafs & Raptors games)
• 15-20 min walk to CN Tower / Rogers Centre (Skydome) (or take subway 2 stops)
• TTC Streetcar stops at corner and connects (1 stop) to TTC Subway
• or 5 min walk to Union Station (which connects to all TTC subway, GO Transit and/or Via Rail routes)

Note: The condo has basic 19” TV (not cable) and a varied DVD library for everyone’s enjoyment, but is not equipped with a plethora of "distracting electronics" from everyday life! There is no PC, however, a laptop will usually connect to wireless on fee for service basis.. This lovely place is designed to be a relaxing 'retreat' in the City and will appeal to vacationers who want to ENJOY the City and get off the couch! Wine & dine, go to theatre, and take the Ferry to Toronto Island. Enjoy the amenities (exercise room, games room, pool/sauna on the top floor....with breathtaking views of the Toronto Islands).
