The first floor consists of an open concept living/dining room area with plastered and beamed ceilings and a newly renovated kitchen with a walk-out to a small deck.
The second floor has a family room with a wood-burning fireplace and 2 bedrooms including the master with a sitting area & separate dressing room.
The 3rd floor also has 2 very large bedrooms and an ensuite washroom.
Whole house rental fee is $2,100/ week for up to 6 people - $50.00/night for any extra person. House sleeps up to 8 people. Monthly short term is available.

This was a bit of a different experience for us since this home actually is lived in by the owner. The location was good. Parking is limited without parking permit. Permit is easy to get and not expensive. Neighborhood was good. Easy walk to park, grocery store and transportation. Friendly neighbors. Home was clean. Home needs a bit of TLC. First floor was lovely. Second floor bedrooms could use carpet cleaning or new carpets/flooring and needs a little TLC in bath. Third floor bedrooms could use carpet cleaning or new carpets/flooring and needs a little TLC in bath. Bedrooms are spacious. Has a living room, dining and kitchen on first floor. Second floor has comfortable den for spending family time, two bedrooms and bath. Third floor has two bedrooms and jack and jill bath. House is child friendly owner has crib etc. Decks are nice and can grill out. No yard for children but park is literally across the street. Washer and dryer in basement worked okay. Downstairs tenant was noisy at times. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Living in someone else's main residence was a little disconcerting for me personally.

We used the location over the Christmas Season for several out-of-town family members to gather in a central location for Christmas! The accommodations were great, lots of room and everything we needed was in the house. Centrally located with all the amenities at our finger tips. Even great running trails at a nearby ravine. The house was clean and well kept. Would rent again.
