Description of the Traverse Bay vacation cottage rental
Three bedroom cottage
Short walk to Lake Winnipeg
Affordable Getaway
Nice Quiet Area with plenty of trails close by
Short drive to nice sand beaches

The cottage has a cozy atmosphere and a nice yard with pines, balsam, ash, poplar and birch trees.

Traverse Bay is near the south end of Lake Winnipeg, in between Victoria Beach and Grand beach and parallel to Hillside Beach. Albert Beach is close by. This cottage is a short walk to the lake, where there is a beautiful view of Traverse Bay and a sandy area at the shore. It is not the greatest spot for swimming because of rocks and clay. (Just being honest!) But really great beaches are a five minute drive away.
The cottage has a nice woodstove for chilly nights.

No satellite, just a dvd player.

Great quiet getaway!

Other Fees: The cottage should be left in the same state you found it. Cleaning is the renter's responsibility -- there will be cleaning stuff available. If you didn't have time to do it and there is a lot of cleaning to do, we will deduct a reasonable amount from the damage deposit. There could also be a deduction for lost house keys or miscellaneous things. Please keep in mind this is a 'home' and not a hotel. We will be reasonable, as we want repeat customers!
